WINk’s Suspension of DICE Leaderboard Rewards

Since late April 2021, WINk’s official website, wink.org, has been subjected to aggressive daily attacks by an unknown hacker group. During this period, the team has kept the website well-functioning and ensured the safety of all users’ assets. By taking prompt measures and working closely with community volunteers and top security companies within the industry we’ve managed to mitigate the attacks.

Unfortunately, these malicious actions have affected the operation of our website, causing delays to the distribution of WINk bonuses and leaderboard rewards. At present, we’re working hard to deal with this issue. Rest assured, all bonuses and rewards will be distributed soon. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Given the ongoing attacks on WINk, and to keep WINk’s core features functioning effectively, we’ve made the difficult decision to suspend all DICE leaderboard rewards indefinitely.

Details are as follows:

1. Effective from 24:00, May 31, 2021 (SGT), the DICE leaderboard will be suspended on the official website;

2. Leaderboard rewards generated from the release of the announcement to 24:00, May 31, 2021 (SGT) will be distributed as usual;

3. WINk’s core features and bonuses will not be affected;

4. DICE leaderboard rewards will be re-launched as soon as possible after the attacks have been resolved and the website is stable again.

WINk is currently in the process of undergoing a full security upgrade. Once this is complete we’ll be in a strong position to counter future attacks.

We hope to resume normal operation shortly and continue with our mission of bringing the best blockchain entertainment experience to all.
