Dear community,
In our ongoing efforts to speed up on resolving your tickets, we have designed an additional layer of ticket submission. These forms are designed for old tickets and/or tickets that have not been resolved within the five (5) business days.
Please read the below carefully before making a submission:
- Please only submit your ticket if it has NOT been resolve for MORE than five (5) business days.
- Do not send in your ticket twice. Do not spam us. Doing so will push you to the back of the queue.
- Make sure to check your ticket number and wallet hash when submitting.
- You do not need to inform our admins of your submissions, as tickets will be forwarded directly to our staffs. This will ensure a more timely and efficient process.
- Note to only use the forms after you have submitted your tickets on ZENDESK and have an active ticket number.
