LETTER FROM TEAM WINK

Dear Winksters,

Our team has been reading your comments and feedback, and are aware that the community is demanding answers and experiencing disappointment in the recent announcement for the temporary suspension of the BLINK project.

We have always prided ourselves in understanding and prioritizing the needs of our community so it has prompted us to write this letter, to address all of your concerns. We are asking for everyone to be patient as we explain and give more insights into the future of WINK and BLINK:

We now have recruited a new team that will be dedicated and focused on working on Wink projects, which includes Blink. How is the new team different from the previous?

There will be implementations for community outreach and engagement so as not to repeat this messy situation that has been accumulated for months. Secondly, a new team has also been assigned to collect community feedback for future improvements. More information will follow in the next couple of weeks on where feedback can be submitted.

Although the pandemic is making certain processes difficult, it is definitely not an excuse for us to fall short in communications. So while we are listening, assessing and analyzing, we are also looking to further expand our team to see to the needs of the community and the growth of our projects. As for the old team, they are still around and focusing on the task that they are proficient in. Handling development, dealing with existing bugs, smart contracts, etc.

Talents and a passionate community is hard to come by and we truly value all our members such as yourself who have been so dedicated to our project and helping new users solve problems along the way. We believe that this very community has brought and enhanced the overall experience in building values in the Wink and Blink brand.

Your constant feedback is important to us as it serves as a reminder that there is much work to be done. For the next quarter, we will be working hard on expanding the team and creating values in our tokens. The only thing we gain from temporarily disabling Blink games is to prevent a buggy service operating online until it is fixed. Ultimately, we need Blink back online.

Blink has had major technical glitches, such as players’ placed bets not being processed and so forth. Customer services are mounting up and need to be dealt with hence we are taking this route to suspend the service until the issues are cleared. While disabling Blink games may not be a good solution, we need to attend to it and take necessary actions. As of now, we will not disable the games but rather gather more information and present more options to the community. This is not something we take lightly and neither should our users be subjected to a lousy experience on our platform.

We will try our utmost to update the progress and the next steps to be taken for Blink, while it is being taken offline. We will also look into shortening lead times taken to update the community.

Moving forward and as always, everything we do will be for our players and community. We hope to rectify outstanding issues and look forward to continuing working together with our community, creating a seamless online experience we can all be proud to be part of.
